Hi Swimmers,

Please find details for the gala.

There are no cards. All swimmers must sign in. In the morning swimmers should follow the arrows to the back doors. We will try to let swimmers in early, but the official opening time in the morning is 08.00. The Girls signing in desk will be outside the changing room entrance from the corridor, and the Boys outside the changing room exit onto poolside. Girls will warm up first at 08.15. Signing in will close at 08.30.

Doors will open for spectators as soon as possible.

The signing in desks will open as soon as possible for the afternoon session but certainly one hour before the first race.

CHANGE to published warm-up details for the afternoon session – BOYS will warm up first at 13.15. Signing in will close at 13.30.

Coaches passes will be available from the Girls signing desk, as will any sae’s you sent to me which will not be needed.

There will be a lot of swimmers on poolside and spectators in the seats, so please ask both sets from your own clubs to ensure they make room for others as much as possible.

Albion Sports photographers will be taking and selling photos of swimmers throughout the meet, and the Bognor Regis SC swim shop will also be open
