Hello Swimmers,
 
For the Eastbourne Open this Sunday the first session warm-up starts at 11:00 so we should try to be there ready at poolside at 10:45.
The second session warm-up starts at 14:15 so please try to be there a few minutes before.
 
Please remember that every swimmer should sign in at the registration desk before the start of each session. I do not know if this will be poolside or in the reception area, so keep a look out!
 
As this is an Open Meet and takes most of the day, swimmers may leave poolside (as long as they tell a coach) to come and see you after their events, if time allows. They are also more than welcome to stay poolside and cheer on their friends. If any swimmers wish to come up to the viewing balconey they must have shoes and a top on.
 
Please remember to bring plenty of drinks and food for the day, or money!
