Beacon Swimming Club competed at the sovereign centre Eastbourne against teams , Eastbourne SC, Hastings 1066 SC, Lewes SC, Smiths SC and Hailsham SC. Beacon stepped up to the mark against tough competition.

 

Thomas Wheeler got the first of the teams16 pb's in the boys under 15 4 x 25m individual medley and Tim Wood with 2 pb's in the boys 4 x 25m individual medley and the boys u17 50m butterfly.

 

Other good swims, Alicia Mellet in the girls 50m Breastroke and 50m Butterfly, Lee Fenner in the boys 50m Breastroke, Harrison Stevens in the 4 x 25m individual medley and 50m Butterfly, Catti Grey in the girls 50m Backstroke, Katie Allen in the girls 50m Butterfly, Stephanie Parsons in the girls 4 x 25m individual medley, Adam Fenner in the boys 50m Breaststroke and 4 x 25m individual medley, Amy Allen in the girls 50m Breastroke, Elliot Stevens in the boys 50m Butterfly, Sasha Richards in the girls 50 Butterfly and 50m Freestyle and Andrew Ducker in the boys 50m Freestyle.

 

The whole team showed a high level of team spirit in support of each individuals races, and also the team relays.
