Dear Swimmers,
 
Please find attached a copy of the program with swimmers names for your information, it cannot be used as entry to watch the gala. It is a guide only some changes may be made on the night.
 
The Gala is to be held by the East Grinstead SC at the Olympos Haywards Heath Pool(formerly known as The Dolphin Centre).

We will meet in the reception area at 6:15pm for a warm up at 6:30. The gala should start at 7:00pm.
 
Please remember to wear your Beacon SC hat, this can be purchased from Trish Allen at the club shop or myself at a cost of £5. Also remember to bring a drink and something to wear poolside like a club T-bag or sport T-shirt to keep warm.
 
Remember to take all your rubbish home or find a bin it is not the Team Managers job to clear up after you!  I keep Highlighting this but I and/or Team Managers still have to clear up everytime.

We usually go to MacDonalds in Uckfield on the way home so please feel free to join us.
