Session Times (Swimming)

Please find herewith the new squad timetable which will become effective from 1st Jan 2011.
The extra half hour on a Monday evening from9.30pm -10.00pm is open to all seniors.
 
Morning training on a Monday and Wednesday is open to any club swimmer at an extra cost of £3per session, please contact Fiona Wood for details.
 
Lastly I have attached the new Wednesday and Friday squads.
