Train with an Olympic Swimmer

In conjunction with Total Swimming, Beacon Swimming Club are holding a one day training camp at Crowborough Leisure Centre with Melanie Marshall , Commonwealth and Olympic swimmer.
 
COST: £50
 
Day to consist of:
 
0845- 0900- Introduction / change for poolside
0900-1030- Pool session with Melanie Marshall, Olympian
1045-1145 - Land Training (Olympic Gym Session)
1200-1300 - Lunch
1300-1330-  Motivation Presentation with Mel
1330-1400- Autographs, photos, Goody bags
1400-1430 - Break / change for second Pool session
1430-1600- Individual Underwater Filming of stroke technique for personal DVDs
1600-             Depart
