Hi Everyone,
 
Can all those swimmers who normally train on a Wednesday please only come next Wednesday the 17th if they are going to Greven, because we would like to practise the relays and confirm the strokes each swimmers is racing in.
 
For those who do not normally train on a Wednesday, but are swimming in Greven, please come this time!
 
Wednesday training will resume as normal for the 'regular' squad the following week.
