LessonsOur qualified team of teachers teach at Beacon Community College pool on Wednesday and Friday evenings.
Lessons are for a 30 minute duration and range from beginners classes through to Gold Challenge. Class sizes are generally no bigger than 8 pupils per class. Each term consists of 10 lessons for a cost of £45.00 per term plus an annual fee of £3 for ASA membership which covers insurance.
Our lessons follow the ASA National Teaching Plan from Level 1 through to Gold Challenge Award, at which stage swimmers are eligible to join Beacon Swimming Club. As you will see from the links below we have detailed what the swimmer needs to do for each of the ASA National Teaching Plan Levels.
