Competition Format
All competitors will do a separate run and swim, with distances determined by age group. Times for each discipline are then converted to points and the winner is the athlete with most points after both disciplines.

13u distances 100m swim and 1600m run
15u distances 200m swim and 1600m run
17u distances 200m swim and 1600m run


Tegan, Ben K, James and Matt Mc, were is action at the British Schools Championships at Crystal Palace.


Tegan came 53rd out of 83 in the 13u 
Ben K came 7th out of 45 in the 15u
Matt came 6th out of 25 in the 17u
James came 9th out of 25 in the 17u
