AGM - Invitation

Dear Beacon Swimmers and Parents,

You are cordially invited by the Beacon SC Chairman and Committee to attend the Beacon SC AGM on the 28th November at 8.00pm. It will be held at the BoarÆs Head Inn, Crowborough TN6 3HD.

I have attached the agenda for the evening, including nominations and an explanation of proposed membership fees for 2014.

For information, as per Beacon Swimming Club Constitution, only paid up members who have reached their 16th birthday shall be entitled to be heard and to vote on all matters. (Members who have not reached their 16th birthday shall be entitled to be heard and vote only on those matters determined by the Chairman as matters concerning juniors, such as the election of club captains)

In the event of an equality of votes the Chairman shall have a casting or additional vote.
