Littlehampton SC County Qualifier 2015

Last Sunday, saw 25 Beacon swimmers make the trek over to Bognor Regis to take part in this level 3 open meet. Although, the meet has been hosted in previous years it has changed from a Development meet to a County Qualifier. As a result the times and competition was a little faster this year.
But the swimmers did themselves proud with an impressive 48 PBs from 72 swims [1 DQ]. There were 22 new or improved qualifying times for the Sussex County Winter Championships 2015. [Please note it is upto parents/swimmers to notify Mandi if they wish to enter this event.]
Jacob B, Jo C, Bethany C, Gemma C, Jack F, Matthew H, Ben K, James Mc, Matt Mc, Tegan R, Henry R-R, Holly R, Danielle T, Gabrielle T, Ryan W who between them got 5 1st places, 16 2nd places & 8 3rd places.
Well Swam to Callium B, Ben C, Charlotte C, Mackinley L-R, Robyn L-R, Jodie O, Zoe R, Evie S & Isaac S, some of whom did get CQT for winter champs and some good PBs, even if not a medal at this event.
