Sussex County Winter Championships 2015

Yesterday, was the final day of this years Winter Championships 2015 at Horsham. Again, Beacon swimmers were in attendance with 13 swimmers taking up the Challenge.
From the remaining 34 races our swimmers had entered, there were 22 PBs, 6 top 1-3 placings [1 DQ]
This gives Beacon SC an overall of tally for 2015 Winter Championships from 70 swims, 40PBs [2 DQ] from 22 swimmers with 17 top 1st-3rd placings.
Congratulations to Daniel B who qualified for the Mens100 IM Championship final and came, after an extremely long day, a credible 5th. Also,to Ben K and Amy C for achieving a 5 place in their age groups for overall points.
Well done everyone, especially as this event is not "targeted" by the club with the training schedule.
If you've already submitted your Club Championship forms but have a new PB, Mandi is willing, if asked, to change your entry times.
